After the reservation form has been received by us a quotation and accommodation agreement will be sent to you for review. Confirmation is needed via email within 48 hours. A 25% deposit must be paid within 14 days that the booking was made, this is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is payable 28 days prior to check-in. Confirming the quotation also confirms that you accept the standard group cancellation policies.
Once you confirmed the quotation we will send you the confirmation of your reservation. The deposit is due at the time the reservation has been created. The Group Reservation department will confirm payment of the deposit and charge the credit card that has been provided.
The deposit is due when the booking is made. Your reservation must be prepaid in FULL 28 days prior to the group’s arrival at the hostel. Payments can be done by Bank Transfer only.
Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, the group registration forms are also due. Sparks Hostel will provide the group with registration forms to be completed at least fourteen (14) days prior to group’s check-in date.
Groups may cancel up to 28 days in advance of check-in with no penalty. Cancellations within 28 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in date are 100% non-refundable.
The number of guests for whom reservations were initially made can be reduced by a maximum of 10%, and only with notification by e- mail (at least 28 days before arrival). An increase in the number is possible only if our capacity at that time allows it.
Groups must respect all the general rules stated in the terms and conditions of the hostel. However, groups have special house rules in order to preserve a nice atmosphere for solo travelers and other smaller groups as well.
• Groups are not allowed to consume excessive amounts of alcohol.
• The hostel may at any moment restrict/collect any drug substance that is being used in the hostel area.
• In case of disturbance the employees of the hostel entails the right to cancel the group stay.
